Wine Shelv

When ever i remember, i get wine bottles as presents from visitors. Because i’m not so much of a wine drinker and my kitchen storage is small, one of the first furniture-projects to realize was a wine shelve. It’s my first beech wood project and i needed two attempts in total to create a stable shelv. My goal was to avoid any metal nails and screws. Therefore i drilled wood dowels in the strips and tried to fix without glue. Unfortunally, my jig saw was not stable enough and the output was crooked and i had to retry another attemp, this time with my table saw. The angles for the upper part of the shelv are yet not perfect, because i used the (cheap) fence that was attached. My next project was for sure to create tools for my tools, to make more precise projects.

The result is quite ok and usefull.
